Dear Mr. Allison: I leased a 2009 Honda Accord from Rick Case Honda on Thursday, March 19th, 2009 and wanted to send you a letter of appreciation for how well your staff treated me. Alan Parker, Pam Price and Joe Zingale were beyond accommodating for my needs and made the entire process most enjoyable.
